Tip of the Week #4 - Create a Dashboard for Yourself

Did you know you can create a custom dashboard or home that only you can see?

It can make your life easier to set up a dashboard that you (and possibly other admins) can use in your daily work. Some ideas to add to your dashboard:

🔍 Search report: I like to add a Company report with columns for Name and GSID, this makes it easy to search for an account quickly

📊 Data discrepancy report: for keeping on top of something that will cause problems later. For example, if I stamp a date on an account the first time it is assigned a CSM, I could add a report that shows CSM-assigned accounts with no date stamp

đŸšĢ System/record compare report: to make sure records are matching between systems. For example, if I sync accounts from SFDC to Gainsight, I want to make sure I know if an account has been removed from SFDC so I can merge or delete accounts in Gainsight

Have you ever set up an admin dashboard for yourself? What types of reports do you find useful?
